His professionalism, attention to detail, communication and thoroughness was par-excellence. He went above and beyond in making sure the deficiency he found was noted and followed through making sure that it was completed correctly to pass the inspection. Will highly recommend!!!"

"Best home inspector I have had (this was my 4th home purchase). I am. single mother and so getting a thorough home inspection was a MUST. I had met Jason (the owner) at a local event and knew that he is a very personable guy and I felt that he would provide an A++ service. The inspection was easy to schedule and pay for online. Jason worked directly with my realtor to arrange the inspection so I didn't have to stress about arrangements for the inspection. Jason thoroughly inspected the home and noted deficiencies that I hadn't considered or would have ever known about. When the inspection was completed he emailed me the complete inspection with some references for businesses to contact to make repairs. He then called me a couple days later and together we reviewed the inspection repprt and he advised me how I would be able to feasibly make some of the repairs on my own without having to pay alot for a service call. I reccomend this business and will use Jason again for other home purchases in the local area!"
